Cette version d'Aladin a joué à Ciné-cadeau pendant quelques années et est, selon moi, de beaucoup supérieur à tout autre dessin animé sur le même conte. Aladin est un enfant pauvre qui vit seul avec sa mère dans une grande ville. Habile et rusé, il partage avec générosité ce qu’il chaparde. Un jour, un mystérieux homme avec un corbeau sur l’épaule lui propose beaucoup d’argent en échange d’un service: Aladin devra l’accompagner dans un endroit secret du désert pour y récupérer une lampe magique. Aladin la vole et l’utilise pour se marier avec la jeune Princesse. Hélas, l’homme au corbeau est en fait un cruel sorcier noir! Il reprend la lampe, subtilise le palais et enlève la Princesse. Lucky Luke est un cavalier solitaire qui parcourt le désert du Far west et s'arrête de ville en ville. Honnête et courageux, ce justicier au grand coeur vient en aide aux opprimés et lutte contre toutes les formes d'injustice, il considère d'ailleurs les indiens comme ses amis. C'est un tireur hors-pair, il dégaine son arme plus vite que son ombre, d'où lui vient sa réputation. Cependant il n'a pas que des amis, comme les Dalton, quatre frères qui terrifient les bonnes gens et pillent les banques à chacune de leurs descentes: Ils s'appellent Averell, Jack, William et Joe, respectivement du plus grand (dadet et niais) au plus petit (hargneux et calculateur). Lucky Luke peut compter sur son fidèle destrier Jolly Jumper qui n'aime pas être entraîné dans toutes ces péripéties et préfèrerait se la couler douce, ainsi que Rantanplan, un chien attachant mais candide qui l'aident à mettre un terme aux mauvais agissements des Dalton.
