This is riducoulous, think about it... You want to bomb a governement building or anything. Will you get there, take picture and use you gps to mark location? That make no sence at all since in most of the case

Well, in short. people like you and me that disapprove politics of the administration. Veterans, anti-abortion group, ecological group, protester and much more are consider as "potential homegrown terrorist" by the DHS. ( moins )
